We are on the look-out for Kitchen Hands and Food Service Assistants to work casual shifts across various local Aged Care homes.

Kitchen Hands - What You'll Do:

• Assisting cooks and chefs with food preparation.
• Cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment and surfaces.
• Ensuring food storage and cleanliness standards are met.
• Handling food safety to prevent contamination.
• Providing a high-quality dining experience for residents.

Food Service Assistants - What You'll Do:

• Serving meals to residents, ensuring dietary plans are followed.
• Assisting with meal preparation.
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and dining areas.
• Reporting any food safety concerns or issues with food qualtiy.
• Creating a welcoming and positive dining environment for residents.

What We Need From You:

• A valid Australian police check.
• Full working rights.
• Proof of 3 months experience in a similar role in Australia.
• 2 covid vaccinations, and a flu vaccine. (As you will be working amongst vulnerable people)

• Food Handling Safety certificate
